SpendLite is a personal expense tracking app. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect (very little) and how it is handled.
All your expense data — transactions, budgets, categories, and settings — is stored locally on your device using SQLite and key-value storage. We do not operate servers that store your financial data. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
SpendLite can export your transactions for a selected month as a CSV file and share it through the iOS share sheet (AirDrop, Mail, Messages, Files, etc.). The CSV is generated on your device and contains only the data you choose to export. There is no cloud sync, automatic backup, or upload.
SpendLite offers a single optional in-app purchase, SpendLite Pro — Lifetime, processed entirely by Apple's App Store. It is a non-consumable, one-time purchase — not a subscription. You pay once, and the Pro features unlock on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. SpendLite does not use RevenueCat or any other third-party subscription, receipt-validation, or analytics service; purchase state is read directly from StoreKit on your device.
SpendLite does not include any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or third-party tracking services.
SpendLite does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The app does not require an account or collect personal information from any user.
If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
