Frequently Asked Questions

How do I scan a document?

Tap the scan button on the home screen. Point your camera at a document — QuickScan+ will automatically detect the edges and capture the scan.

Can I scan multiple pages?

Yes. During a scan session, keep scanning pages and they will be added to the same document.

How do I export as PDF?

Open a document, tap Export, then choose "Save as PDF". You can share it via AirDrop, Mail, Messages, or any other app.

What does OCR do?

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) extracts readable text from your scanned images. This is a Premium feature. Tap the OCR button on the export screen to extract text.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to the Premium screen and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → QuickScan+ → Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your billing period.
